Ky-Mani
Ky-Mani is among the richest and most well-known Reggae Singer who was born on the 26th February, 1976. He was born in Falmouth Jamaica. Shottas was an iconic film that featured him with another vocalist Wyclef. Ky-Mani was signed by Shang Records in 1996 where he released his first album Like Father Like Son. He recorded a variety of singles like Judge Not with Patra as well as Dear Dad (which reached the highest position on the British Reggae Charts) and the Who the Cap Fit remix and Sensimelia. Each of these songs contributed to his growing popularity with the young generation of reggae singers. Ky-Mani collaborated with Praswell from Fugees for Avenue in 1997. The song proved to be a massively hit cover of Eddy Grant's Electric Avenue. Marley was a guest at Midem (international music showcase) in the year it was held in Miami at the beginning of its run.
